Our Why
From Chaos to Clarity
The Challenge
Internal communication is the silent killer of church websites. The previous site had become a digital junk drawer—every ministry leader wanted their flyer on the homepage, resulting in clutter and confusion. The staff spent too much time answering the same questions: "What time is service?" and "How do I sign up?" The digital experience had disconnected from the actual Sunday experience.
The Solution
We restructured the entire information architecture based on user intent, not department ego. We created distinct hubs for "New Visitors" vs. "Regular Attenders," ensuring that guests felt welcomed while members could find resources quickly. The result is a high-functioning digital hub that supports the staff's workflow rather than adding to it.

From the Cleint
"Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."
Nehemiah 8:10
